Mentor Protégé Program
What is Mentoring?
Mentoring is a collaborative process in which someone with greater experience (the “guide”) offers support, guidance, and advice to facilitate learning and development of someone with lesser experience (Protégé means “mentee” or “student”).
Benefits of Mentoring
Mentoring has an economic benefit. People with mentors make more money.
Mentoring is so much more than teaching. It is a vested interest in another’s success, and an eager pupil ready to take it all in. Mentoring is a two way process you give as well as receive. Mentoring is sharing your successes as well as failures, we learn by example. A mentor is an exemplary that sets a velocity for others to follow.
